Forge

HECTOR the blacksmith, the anvil and workbench, ore smelting, forging harpoons and gas masks, repairs.

HECTOR, the "Iron Wolf"

HECTOR, the blacksmith and weaponsmith, lives in a jungle camp at the foot of the mountains, northeast of Vankli. A former warrior obsessed with quality. He makes what nobody else can forge:

  • Harpoons and whaling harpoons for whales (only he forges the whaling harpoon; forging it requires rendered whale blubber: 500 g).
  • PMK gas mask (blubber 1,000 g) and FPK filters (blubber 100 g).
  • Repair of harpoons and gas masks (blubber 100–200 g). He also takes old harpoons for melting down.
  • Ore smelting: gold and silver nuggets and bronze ore are turned into GOLD coins or into ingots (1,000 g of metal). For fees and limits see Economy TBD.

HECTOR's dream is a furnace for top-class titanium and bronze weapons, quenched in whale blubber. The furnace isn't ready yet (coming soon).

Workbench and anvil

  • Workbench — a crafting table, placed as a camp building.
  • Anvil — for metal weapons; regular metal weapons are forged at the workbench from a Lv. 10 weapon of the previous metal (see Weapon Metals).
  • Repairs at RIK's workshop cost money; the price depends on wear.

Locks

Locks (rusty, steel, bronze) are forged from metal shards and nails, see Building.

Blacksmith license

The blacksmith license (Lv. 36, reputation 50, 12,000 ASD) is "coming soon" for now: forging tier 4–5 metal and repairing other players' items for a fee.
